<ul>
<li><strong>Support</strong> opens the <strong>in-app Support modal</strong> (Bug / Ask) instead of Featurebase messenger.</li>
<li>Trainer <strong>Feedback</strong> correctly uses FB feedback widget.</li>
<li>Identify <code>featurebase-auth?portal=trainer</code> returns 200; admin vs trainer load different widget configs.</li>

<p>Trainer Support uses Featurebase messenger (same family as admin), not the legacy in-app modal — unless product explicitly wants the modal for trainers (confirm with Manning if unclear).</p>
